The registration form is company-specific. Shared stands (minimum 6m2) must be agreed in advance with the producer and companies must fill their own registration forms in accordance with the agreement.

The invoice will be sent immediately to the e-mail address you provided. The department seat will be confirmed when the full department fee has been paid by the due date.

The reservation is binding, however, so that the possibility of cancellation without charge is before the time of the invoice notice. If official regulations prevent the event from being held at the intended time, the producer does not guarantee a full refund of the fees, but reserves the right to deduct any irrevocable expenses already incurred.
