TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND CANCELLATION

Exhibitor registration is done by sending an electronic form via the producer’s website.

Companies willing to have a shared stand must register with their own forms. Joint stands must be agreed with the producer in advance before filling the form. The minimum size of the stand must be 6 m2.

The exhibitor will receive confirmation electronically once the producer has accepted the registration.

Exhibitors who are not members of Ornamo ry or Grafia ry will be reviewed.

The producer verifies the correctness of the registration. The producer also has the right, at its discretion, to withdraw the approval before or during the event and to not refund any payments already made if the exhibitor has acted unlawfully or in bad faith or if its participation could disturb or endanger visitors or other exhibitors or damage the event’s reputation. In such a situation, the exhibitor is not entitled to compensation from the producer in addition to the refund of payments.

Only those products / product groups and services that have been indicated on the registration form and approved by the producer may be displayed. The Exhibitor is responsible for the permits, documents and reports required by law and regulations for its own products and services.

Any program numbers and music must be agreed separately with the producer.

Serving and selling food and drink for consumption on site is prohibited.

The right to use the stand will be returned to the producer if the participation fee has not been paid by the due date.

The reservation is binding. If the exhibitor cancels his/her participation before September 23, 2022, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. If canceled after this date, the total participation fee will be charged. These cancellation policies also apply to additional orders and stand reservations made during registration.

The producer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the events if, in the event of Force Majeure, they cannot be arranged within the specified time. The producer is not responsible for delays and damages resulting from the cancellation or postponement of the event.

The exhibitor is not entitled to rent or sublet his stand or part of it without a written permission from the producer.

The producer reserves the right to make the necessary changes to the exhibition maps during the preparation of the event.

The producer reserves the right to make changes to the program.

The exhibitor undertakes to follow the general rules of the venue and the instructions on the structures and hangings of the stand. Compartments must not be emptied or dismantled before the official dismantling period begins.

The exhibitor is responsible for obtaining personal, property and liability insurance. The producer is responsible for public order in the event space and the producer has event insurance, but it does not cover any damage to or loss of the exhibitor’s goods, structures, etc., or damage caused by the exhibitor’s activities.

The producer is not liable for any financial or indirect damage to the exhibitor, such as lost profits.
